Vous l’aurez compris l’enseignement cette semaine a porté sur l’appel de Dieu dans nos vies !
L’orateur, Denis Drugeau, nous a expliqué les caractéristiques de chaque ministère en partageant beaucoup de témoignages de différentes personnes et de son propre appel en tant que responsable de JEM France.
Il a également partagé son cœur pour l’Afrique où il a pu réaliser de nombreux allers-retours au service de Dieu.
Personnellement, je trouve que cela nous a permis de mieux voir ou même de confirmer là où Dieu nous appelle en fonction de nos caractères, dons, compétences et envies. De nous permettre de nous reconnaître ou pas, dans les différents services possibles (ex. évangéliste, pasteur, enseignant, prophète, etc …)
Des encouragements!
Nous avons aussi pu faire un exercice ultra motivant pour commencer la journée. En quelques mots, cela consiste à se partager mutuellement les qualités que l’on voit en chacun, en les écrivant sur une feuille collée au dos de la personne, chacun a pu lire sa feuille ensuite, rien de tel pour être boosté !
Intercession
Nous avons aussi pu prendre un temps d’intercession pour la Guadeloupe pour demander à Dieu quels sont les besoins et ensuite prier pour cela. Nous voulons vraiment porter la Guadeloupe dans notre cœur jusqu’à notre venue en janvier prochain, et déjà commencer à bénir les habitants de cette petite île dans la prière.
Allez donc, faites de toutes les nations des disciples, baptisez-les au nom du Père, du Fils et du Saint-Esprit. – Matthieu 28.19
Dans un autre temps d’intercession, nous avons focalisé nos prières sur l’éducation. Pour que l’analphabétisme puisse reculer dans le monde et donner plus d’accès à l’éducation des filles encore trop discriminées dans certains pays.

As you may have concluded, the theme of the week was “God’s calling on our lives”.
Though illustrating many people’s testimonies, including his own personal story of how he became the leader of YWAM France, Denis Drugeau thoroughly explained the characteristics of each one of the ministry callings of God. He also shared his personal story of how God called him to Africa and how he has been able to return and serve there on multiple occasions.
Personally, I have found that this week has helped us to better see or to confirm where God is calling each and every one of us based on our personalities, gifts, skills and desires. Through this, we have been able to recognize ministry possibilities that are appropriate for each one of us (ex. Evangelist, pastor, teacher, prophet, etc.)
What an encouragement!
We were also able to start one day with an activity that was very encouraging and motivating. During this activity, we shared with one another the qualities we saw in the other by writing on a paper that was taped to each individual’s back. After, each person was then able to look at their paper and see what was written about them – this was nothing but encouraging!
Intercession
We also took some time to intercede for Guadeloupe in order to ask God what the needs are of this country and how we can pray for these needs. We really want to keep Guadeloupe in our hearts and prayers until we leave in January; therefore, we are already starting to bless the people of this little island through prayer.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28.19
During another time of intercession, we spent our time praying for education in the world. Specifically, we prayed that illiteracy would decrease in the world and, even more specifically, that more girls would have the access to education in the countries where there is currently discrimination against women.
